What’s Involved?
When utilising DynamIQ’s site inspection services, our CDM advisor will attend your site to meet with site management and site health and safety coordinators.
We undertake necessary inspections using our prepared checklists. This can includes a range of details from:
Welfare
Procedures
Traffic Management
Storage Areas
Site Works
PPE
We review your safety file for any missing information, as well as your subcontractors and competencies, and your contractor’s RAMS. We also provide a visual check that RAMS are being adhered to.
Unsafe acts or unsafe conditions will be discussed immediately and actions agreed with management to ensure the acts or conditions cease.
If an Incident or Breach Has Occurred
DynamIQ provides accident investigation following an accident or incident on site.
Our CDM advisor is experienced in categorising accidents and inspecting workplaces to ensure that that safety procedures were followed, and to identify why or where the breakdown occurred leading to the incident taking place.
We further work with HSE on breaches they may have found on your site or in your workplace, to ensure that your project can be up and running again as quickly as possible.
Finally, DynamIQ works collaboratively with all interested parties, including insurers, clients, principal contractors and contractors, to ensure prevention of reoccurrence.
