Problem
I was working independently and was given an opportunity to take on a long-term contract with a big house builder on new build housing estates.
Crisis
I couldn’t pass the prequalifying stage without having a safety advisor, safety policy and risk assessments for the work (and then later on CHAS and SMAS).
Alongside this, I lacked the knowledge and time, and was unsure as to which provider to trust.
Solution

Problem
We were frustrated with our existing supplier not providing us a worthy service for our fees and not offering any onsite services. We also wanted a new way of doing things that made it easier for our staff and contractors to complete safety work onsite.
